Event Cancellation & Refund Policy
Sephardic Tradition & Recreation (STAR) reserves the right to refuse/cancel registrations. If STAR refuses a registration, registrants will be offered a refund.
Event Cancellation by STAR
STAR reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, inclement weather or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If STAR cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
Registration Cancellation by Participant
Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. In the case of an emergency or illness, cancellations for credit will be considered if the following criteria are met. A note must be sent from a doctor, teacher or any other applicable party, in writing or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the situation. This must be received no later than 24 hours before the start of the event and will be evaluated by STAR on a case by case basis. All credit requests must include the name of the attendee and/or order number. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for credit.
STAR is committed to respecting your privacy. We use the information collected during checkout to process orders and provide a personalized experience. We will never sell, lease, or otherwise distribute personal information about our website visitors.
